The pool on the rooftop is the best with an incredible view of the jungle. The gym is clean and modern, and the staff were very friendly! The jungle garden is beautiful. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need including a steamer, fridge, Marshall speakers, coffee machine, great hairdryer and nice hair care products. The resort fee is not mandatory but includes beach shuttles, bicycles, food credit, cocktails etc. The location is in between the beach and downtown. Can definitely stay here again!

Valeria the manager was super friendly and helpful, showing me rooms before booking. Rafael at the front desk also a good listening and helpful in guiding day trips. Hotel had a new crisp feel, location wasn’t perfect but more than decent. Jungle Room really nicely done with plants in windows. Showers modern touch. Pool and gym were great features, and food was also tasty.

Aloft was an amazing stay. The room was larger than average and it had everything we needed. The destination fee of $20/day was worth paying for as it basically gave us a $20 credit on food/drinks in the hotel, plus a bunch of other added benefits (transport and entry to Yal-ku lagoon, 2 free drinks every day). The staff was also very nice and helpful!

Gaku

Aloft has got the rooftop pool vibe cornered. Chose this hotel because I'm training for a race and the gym was REALLY well equipped. Great cardio/good quality machines and a light airy space. Also a downstairs pool big enough for laps. Cute outside garden and lovely view across the jungle to the strip of sea in the distance.

I liked everything for the most part. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. There were lots of food options near by. The room was large, shower was exceptional, and the bed was comfy. Taxis were regularly there.
